But we also looked at models with options to expand and add on, and we found different style options to suit different needs.
Size: We mostly focused on dining tables for four to eight people and outdoor sofas that seat two to four. All sofa and seat styles also come with two arm-style options: a “cushioned armrest” or a “teak armrest.” Additionally, the company sells a matching outdoor dining set in four- and six-person configurations. The sectional comes in four-, five-, six-, and eight-person configurations, all of which you can arrange differently. Modular furniture: Neighbor carries a matching sofa, chair, sectional, coffee table, and ottoman, if you want to add on to or expand your outdoor living area. And the marine-grade hardware holding everything together is meant to be exposed to constant sun and rain. The roped base and backing make the couch comfortable to sit on. The quick-drying foam cushions come in six colors and are all upholstered in sturdy Sunbrella acrylic outdoor fabric. Quality materials: Neighbor uses sustainably harvested teak wood, which looks and feels great. There were no headaches or oddly fitting pieces that were a struggle to put together, and the instructions were easy to follow. Every piece fit perfectly and intuitively together-we even can say it was almost fun. Easy to assemble: Neighbor’s The Loveseat comes in four separate boxes, and it took one of us around 30 minutes to assemble. Blu Dot has more tips for cleaning spills and regular maintenance. The couch should fare well in light rain, but we would still recommend covering it during heavy rain and storing it for the winter (in snowy areas). And for extra protection, the interior foam is also Dryfast, a mildew-resistant foam used in boats and wet locations. Weather-resistant: Sunbrella fabric is known for being waterproof and durable. If you want to complete the set, it also comes in a lounge chair version. Velcro strips help keep the cushions in place. No assembly required: The sofa comes fully assembled, so you can start lounging as soon as you take it out of the box and packaging. The sturdy cushions are thick and firm, providing plenty of support for hours of reading or napping. The cushions, which are nestled in a beautiful, powder-coated aluminum frame, come standard with highly durable Sunbrella fabric. It would even look great as an indoor couch. Superior quality and comfort: The Blu Dot Cache Sofa is built to last and seems of very high quality. So far this table has been doing great during testing, but we’ll keep an eye on it as it ages. We think it’s a small design flaw that could be easily fixed by attaching the legs to the inside of the metal frame, instead of the outside. But we wish the legs didn’t leave bolts exposed when attached this feels like a bit of an afterthought and potentially creates a weak spot for rust. Exposed hardware: The frame and legs are solidly built. We tested the sturdy steel-and-rope Article Manna Dining Chairs, but Article has several outdoor dining chairs to choose from. Must add your own chairs: Article doesn’t sell this table as a set, so you’ll have to pick your own chairs. 
At the very least, the table will need an annual light cleaning and resealing (this will vary depending on where you live and how you store it).
Therefore, you’ll need to store it away in the winter and cover it when it’s raining heavily. Like all wooden sets, it should not be left exposed in the rain, especially in humid and snowy climates. Maintenance: This table will eventually lose its warm, honeyed hue and weather to a soft gray, so keep that in mind if you prefer warmer tones.
